Returns & Exchanges

At ATC Music Merch, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip or return authorization form provided by our system.

• 3.
  Ship the Merchandise

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to send it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
